     A significant part of Marc Lazo’s practice involves commercial real estate disputes.      For example, on November 10, 2013, Marc Lazo and his trial team obtained a judgment in favor of our clients in excess of $1.4 million in Orange County Superior Court, California. The case involved real estate fraud and misrepresentation. The judgment included recovery of contractual attorney’s fees and will be amended to add punitive damages.
